Episode 08: Why B minus work is good enough and other musings with Vari Longmuir
Welcome to Episode 5
This week we are I’m talking with the lovely Vari Longmuir, we discuss juggling work and family life, working from home, simple strategies to help stay productive when things are busy. How our thinking impacts our actions, and why packed lunches rock!
Vari is a life and productivity coach for busy parents. She has two boys, Gabriel and Noah, a gorgeous Glaswegian accent that I could listen to all day, and she lives in beautiful Melbourne (we recorded this early morning my time).
Her superpower is teaching overwhelmed, stressed-out parents how to get more organised and have more fun. Vari teaches a brand new way to approach time-management that has you throwing out your to do list and scheduling your free time first - quite a new way of doing things, certainly for me!
Vari also has a fabulous podcast, which I look forward to each week, and hide myself away in the garden with my headphones (whilst cleaning out the rabbits) to listen to each week! It’s become a bit of a ritual!
I hope you enjoy the episode and as always I would love your feedback, don’t forget to hit the subscribe button too so you get to hear as soon as new episodes go live.
